This project reimagines the concept of a holiday retreat in the serene locale of Ras Al Khaimah. The client envisioned a tranquil yet luxurious space that celebrates the natural landscape while providing modern amenities. The exterior design needed to reflect harmony with its surroundings while offering a welcoming haven for relaxation.
Challenges
The primary challenge was designing a structure that integrates seamlessly into the natural environment without overshadowing its beauty. The climate demanded materials resilient to heat and sand, and the layout needed to maximize both privacy and panoramic views.
Solutions
We employed a minimalist approach with clean lines and neutral tones to blend with the landscape. Sustainable, weather-resistant materials were selected to ensure durability. Strategic placement of outdoor spaces and large windows allowed for uninterrupted views while maintaining privacy for the occupants.
